Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, courses, app subscriptions), all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
2. The SEED System App
If you're unsatisfied with your app subscription, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for app subscriptions are handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) per their refund policies.
3. Physical Products
For physical book purchases, refunds and returns are managed by the retailer (e.g., Amazon). Please contact the retailer directly for return or refund requests.
4. Coaching & Events
Refund requests for coaching sessions or event tickets must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or event. Requests made after this window are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
We understand that circumstances arise. If you believe you have a special case, please reach out to us through our Contact page and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
